Attune is a measurement platform that helps visionary organizations assess the financial health of their customers, employees, and other individuals. Attune provides those organizations (“Customers”) with the Attune Platform. Our Customers use the Attune Platform to provide clients, employees, and other individuals (“End Users”) with assessments of financial health. Attune collects End User information only on behalf of our Customers, either directly from End Users or from our Customers through Attune’s interface. “Personal information” is any information that identifies an individual, which may include name, email address, and other non-public information that is associated with an individual. This Notice does not apply to information processed through our Platform on behalf of our Customer. Attune processes Customer data under the direction of our Customers as a “Processor” and does not have a direct relationship with our Customers’ Platform users. Recruiting and Employment
